Star Bloomers Cabinet card w/ Maud Nelson

Star Bloomer Girls Base Ball Club Group Shot, featuring Maud Nelson and, this being an "integrated" team, three men. The team hailed from Indianapolis and was a big draw at the beginning of the Twentieth Century. There is also a phenomenal hairdo/hat creation going on with may may the team's chaperone, an impressively stern and imposing lady. The reverse features the team's roster, which clearly shows Nelson was the main attraction.
